Refund policy

We want you to love what you wear. We offer a 30-day return policy, you have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Bundle & promotional orders (Duo, Trio & "Build Your Stack" discounts)
Orders placed using a multi-item bundle or stack discount are subject to a specific refund rule. If you return only part of a discounted bundle, your refund is calculated as the total amount actually paid divided by the number of items in the order — not the individual list price of the returned item. This prevents abuse of our bundle pricing and keeps things fair. If returning part of a bundle drops the remaining items below the discount threshold, the bundle discount is forfeited and recalculated at standard pricing.

How to start a return
Email us at masonvalesupport@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. If approved, we'll send a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo — we'll make it right at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-returnable items
Items marked final sale, gift cards, and any item returned worn, damaged, or without original packaging cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
If you would like an exchange, email us and we will get it handled.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus the return shipping cost. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to post.
