Every Mason Vale order ships from our own stock — no dropshipping, no months-long waits. We process and dispatch quickly so your piece is on your wrist fast.

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within [2 business day] of being placed (or quicker). Orders placed after [2:00 PM ET] or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

We offer free economy shipping on all orders

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to [24 hours] for tracking to update.

Incorrect address

Lost or damaged in transit
